UK court has shown that rare thing...common sense, about damn time!

Seems that common sense has finally entered a court in the UK now that the dad who fought burglar is freed and rightly so.

Stupid courts should never have locked him up anyway, fucking scum breaking into your home and saying they WILL kill you AND your family deserve all they get and more, bastards.

What are you supposed to do once you hear that?
Wait until you or your family really are on the edge of being murdered by big knife wielding scum, knives that were shoved in their faces as clear as day, or do your best to get yourself and family out of the shit as fast as possible?

No contest is it? Do the bastards the first opportunity that arises, with whatever you get your hands on!

Having some form of defence in the home somewhere, like a baseball bat is sensible, even if only for it to be seen...difference of reach between them with a knife and you with a great long bat is handy and usually the sight of it is enough, as Myleene proved with that knife and the fact the scum see you are willing to show them.

The moment you cross the line into someone's home is the moment your human rights go out the fucking window, none of this bullshit about only using proportional force...how the fuck do you think in that situation, where they were in the home, yes a few of them and armed?!

It is about time we said no more, leave it alone tonight and then move the clocks forward again in the spring to have a BST of two hours ahead of GMT like they do in north Europe.

If that simple move saves a life it is justified, the fact it could save 100's of lives EVERY year is saying something.
